- تكلفة الشحن: يتم احتساب تكلفة الشحن عند إتمام الطلب وتظهر في صفحة الدفع قبل تأكيد الطلب.
📝 إخلاء المسؤولية (Disclaimer)
متجر فلاشة تك غير مسؤول عن أي تأخير أو فشل في التسليم ناتج عن:
إدخال عنوان شحن خاطئ أو غير مكتمل من قبل العميل.
عدم تواجد العميل أو من ينوب عنه في عنوان الاستلام خلال وقت التوصيل.
عدم الرد على مكالمات شركة الشحن أو تجاهل التواصل لتأكيد التسليم.
في هذه الحالات، يتحمل العميل مسؤولية أي رسوم إضافية لإعادة الشحن أو إلغاء الطلب، كما يعتبر الضمان المدفوع (في حال الدفع عند الاستلام) غير قابل للاسترداد.
💰 الدفع عند الاستلام:
- في حال اختيار الدفع عند الاستلام، يجب دفع مبلغ مقدم كضمان لتأكيد الطلب.
- يتم خصم هذا المبلغ من إجمالي قيمة الطلب عند الاستلام.
- في حال عدم تأكيد العميل أو رفض استلام الطلب، لن يتم استرجاع المبلغ المقدم.

Flash Tech is not responsible for any delay or failed delivery resulting from:

- The customer or their representative not being available at the delivery address during delivery time.

In such cases, the customer will bear any additional re-shipping costs or order cancellation fees. The deposit (for cash on delivery orders) is non-refundable.

- If the customer chooses Cash on Delivery, an upfront deposit must be paid to confirm the order.
